FAQs

How many lanes can I reserve at once?

Each membership may reserve one lane per visit, with up to 2 people per lane. Only one guest pass may be used per visit. If multiple lanes are booked at the same time under the same membership, the extra reservations will be canceled. If you need more than one lane, please explore our event options.

How many reservations can I make in a day?

Members may make up to two (2) reservations within a 24-hour period.

What happens if I’m late to my reservation?

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be forfeited and offered to the next guest in line.

Will I get the same lane I reserved online?

Lane assignments may vary. Please confirm your lane number with an associate upon arrival.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a lane?

All range reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
