Do I need an appointment for gunsmith work?
No, an appointment is not required for most services. You may bring your firearm to the counter during normal business hours and a team member will assist you with intake.
Some services may require you to leave the firearm for later pickup.
How long does gunsmith work take?
Turnaround time depends on the service. Speak with a team member to get an estimate on your exact needs.
Do you work on all types of firearms?
We service most common firearm platforms including:

Do I need to bring my firearm in a case?
Yes. All firearms must be in a case AND unloaded before entering the building.
When you arrive:
1. Keep the firearm cased
2. Inform the staff member at the counter
3. A team member will assist with safe handling
Never remove a firearm from a case without staff instruction.
Do you offer firearms cleaning?
Yes. Professional cleaning services are available.
A standard cleaning typically includes:

How often should I have my firearm cleaned?
Recommended guidelines:
Occasional use: Every 500–1,000 rounds

Do I need to bring my own optic?
We sell optics to support your needs and can custom-order optics as well. If you need help selecting one, our sales staff can recommend options available in the store. If the optic is bought from us, the mounting work is discounted.
Do you zero optics?
Yes. Zeroing services are available on our range.
Can you install iron sights on my pistol?
Yes. We install most aftermarket pistol sights including:
● Night sights
● Fiber optic sights
● Suppressor height sights
Some specialty sights may require additional time.
Can you install aftermarket parts?
Yes, depending on the part and firearm. Common installations include:

Trigger work is evaluated case-by-case. We will not install FRTs, similar triggers or super safeties.

Yes. If your firearm is experiencing issues such as:

Can I watch the gunsmith perform the work?
For safety and liability reasons, gunsmith work is performed in restricted areas.
Customers cannot enter the gunsmith workspace.
Can you guarantee accuracy improvements?
Accuracy depends on many factors including ammunition, firearm condition, and shooter skill.
We cannot guarantee performance improvements.
