A benefit exclusive to our training clients – deeply discounted ammo! The first and third Tuesday of each month is when the reserve is re-stocked with a limited supply of ammo and will be ready to purchase at 5pm. As a training client, you will receive an email each month highlighting calibers, prices, and time. Don’t wait! The ammo is only available until the reserve has been depleted or until close of business that Thursday, whichever comes first.
How do I reschedule a session and what is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing a session credit. To do so, you simply click the “Reschedule My Training Session” button above and follow the prompts. Once submitted, we have received your request and no additional steps are needed from you. A trainer will be in touch within (2) business days. Please do not call or email to reschedule, the link must be used at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing a session credit. If rescheduling is persistent a client will be subject to losing their allocated time slot. Our time slots are in high demand and while we understand things happen, it should not be an overly regular occurrence.
What if I want to refer a friend or family member?
We love referrals! If you refer a family member or friend to the training manager, and they become a training client, you get a free session on us! There is no limit to how many people you can refer. Next time you’re in, talk with us about referrals.
What is the Training Ammo Reserve?
The Training Ammo Reserve is an exclusive benefit just for our training clients – discounted ammo! The reserve is re-stocked on the first and third Tuesday of each month with limited rounds of 9mm, 5.56, and .22LR ammo at a deeply discounted rate. The ammo is available for purchase at 5pm and you will receive an email each month explaining ammo type, prices, and time.
What do I need to bring with me?
- The firearm they would like to train with. Please ensure all firearms are unloaded and in a case before entering MSC. If you do not have a firearm, no worries. As a training client, you get full access to our rental fleet! We have an extensive fleet with over 60 rentals available.
- 100 rounds of ammo per session (You may not always use 100 rounds) Ammo can be purchased on-site, and as a training client, you also get access to purchase heavily discounted ammo monthly! You are welcome to provide your own ammo, but we do have a few ammo restrictions to protect our range from fire. If you have questions, please ask.
- Hearing and eye protection. Eyeglasses do count as eye protection. We also recommend electronic hearing protection. We have many options of hearing and eye protection available for purchase at our locations.
- Closed toe-shoes.
Who will I be training with?
Your semi-private sessions can be booked with any of our trainers. All MSC trainers are certified to teach the SCT curriculum and are also NRA certified. Our program is designed to give you the same quality training no matter who you work with.
Do you offer discounts for members?
We do! We are happy to offer our training clients who are also members a 25% discount on their training package. To redeem, please speak to our Membership Manager, or any associate, next time you’re in for a session.
